Our return policy is for store credit only. Store credit works just like cash, and never expires.
Items are eligible for return if:
All items are unworn, and have the original tags still attached
Items are shipped back within 14 days from the original purchase date
Sale merchandise are a FINAL SALE.
Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt!
We suggest that you use USPS, UPS or FedEx with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for items lost while in transit to us.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. Items will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims must be made within 14 days of purchase date. We are not responsible for damages to merchandise caused by improper care or handling.
